My understanding is that the paper would not be in open access.
I don’t believe that IWST has the budget to pay for those fees either...

Anyways, we will contact the journal and see if there is a third option we can find.

Open Access policy, where they want an APC of 2940 Dollar. 

Surely, such ludicrous fees are not in scope for the Special Issue?
