Yes, you can fly to Belgrade, and then Novi Sad is 70km to the north from the airport. The best option will be to organize airport transfer or shuttle services for participants, because like that you do not have to go to Belgrade first. Another option is to go to Belgrade bus station and take a bus to Novi Sad which will take another for 1-1.5 hours. The railway is closed for renovation until 2021 or so ☹
However, you can also fly to Budapest and there is another shuttle service which is around 25EUR and lasts for 3-4 hours to Novi Sad depending on the border.
You will see, it is really easy to reach Novi Sad, but we are here to help you.
