Hi Stephane
For those of us who are not French speaking, you may want to distribute this English auto translation (via Google Translate..)

A broadcast motivated students (Subject Internship SYSTEMS THALES AEROPORTES BREST not officially released)

Title: Innovative Modelling with Pharo (Software).

Duration: 6 months, beginning in February or March (end of study internship)

Description (Technical background, objectives and definition of work):

Our entity regularly develops models of innovative human-machine interfaces. Innovation is both in terms of ergonomics at the level of graphic design or visual elements of interaction. The prototyping is often used in session with operational, where the use of a dynamic language like Smalltalk allowing rapid change (and in session) code and interaction elements.

The mockup / prototyping of human-machine interfaces is currently being conducted under SMOCK, a framework developed in Smalltalk mock Visualworks (Commercial). Smalltalk are many on the market, however, a community from others seems more modern and active, both in terms of language and aspects of man-machine interfaces: Pharo Smalltalk community (OpenSource).

We wish to test the contributions of Pharo in terms of innovative human-machine interfaces. To do this we propose the candidate to conduct a port of our prototyping framework composed of SCM (model component) and CADE (Framework oriented design and animations).

An example of using the evidence brought ihm validate the work done.

DESIRED SKILLS: The student must have knowledge of Smalltalk or be motivated by learning it. It will then be motivated by the design of man-machine interface and innovative new generations.
