A little step of either using she/he or a gender neutral term would encompass all :) As Serge rightly pointed, we are working to associate Pharo Consortium as an organisation with various Open Source Programs worldwide like Google Summer of Code <https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com/> , GNOME Outreachy <https://www.gnome.org/outreachy/> and many others.
