the few times I was there you could still register at the reception during the event.
So there is no deadline. The only deadline I've heard of is for a T-Shirt/Polo because of the time it takes to print/stitch them.

So you should be able to register any time before Friday, September 13th ;-)

Anybody? I can't speak for the organizers but I have never experienced
an ESUG that sold out. There were always some local tickets available.
