The SICS Java Port Project: Automatic Translation of a Large Object Oriented System from Smalltalk to Java by Skarsaune Martin (Paperback - Sep 15, 2008) - I would expect zero votes for this one :-) While not a book on Smalltalk as such and thus not fitting for this contest, I actually found it an entertaining read! Mostly in a "So glad it wasn't me"-fashion, but still... :)
