[Esug-list] Hiding a FormItem in OS 6.9

Hallo SmallTalkers,

I have come across this problem with the hide method of the FormItem class when used on a normal Form. But when used on a TabForm, it does hide the formItem for a second, and immediately refreshes the TabForm (or something like this happens), resulting in the formItem to be displayed again, thus the hide method call didn't have any effect.
